Practice fake wedding cake

So this weekend I did a practice wedding cake for my friends wedding that is in a few weeks, and I am doing their cake. Well after doing this I decided to call and talk to them about changing it from a Topsy Turvy to just a normal round cake and they said ok that is fine, Thankfully because the Topsy Turvy is hard well not way hard but very time consuming and I don't have that much time with taking care of my little boy and plus with this being my first wedding cake, I want it to look really good and I was just very unhappy with how it was looking. Well this cake is not the decorations that will be on their wedding cake I mostly did this one to practice the shape and to find out how much stuff it would take to make it.
