So I did my first wedding cake yesterday. It turned out great, well I think so. I didn't think it was going to here is why:
1. The red fondant I bought ended up being to dry. So it cracked everywhere and made the middle tier look like crap, really bad and so I was freaking out and my sister came and helped me figure out how to save it.
2. The silver little balls on it I order online 2 weeks ago and it was suppose to take 2-5 days shipping and they arrived Monday afternoon, and they were not the ones I ordered. so that ticked me off, and I called and yelled at them and got my money back.
but those were the only things that went wrong with it, and it ended up coming out better than I even imagined it would. The flavor of all the tiers is Swiss chocolate with a white chocolate cream cheese filling and it was soooo good. The bride and groom LOVED IT!! This was so much fun, stressful but way fun and made me feel so good seeing everyone reaction.
